In order to solve this kind of problem you can use this slide to Inaugurate any facility remotely or same can be used to inaugurate any digital platform as it is not possible to inaugurate it with physical items. The slide shows a curtain & a button to Inaugurate. A person who will be inaugurating the facility need to click on the Button. After clicking on the button the ribbon gets cut & some flowers fall from top & you can display the Person name who is inaugurating & the details of the facility being inaigurated.
Here we will be using simple motion animation effects for moving the curtains & Flowers. You can use curtain images & Ribbon images available online. If you want to replace the flower image with anything else then that is also possible. But if you change any image in the PPT downloaded from the store then you may need to add the aniimation effects again as shown in the video tutorial below. You can further customize this slide as per your wish & requirements as per situation.
